Cathy Garcia-Sampana's Tayo Sa Wakas opened in first place during its premiere tracking week (September 7–13) on Netflix Philippines. The film, starring Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, beat fellow newcomers The Little Things, Hercules, and Lake Placid 2. Back in May, the romantic drama grossed over ₱110 million in global ticket sales.
In the film, Cisco (Pangilinan) and Cheska (Mariano), a long-term couple, embark on a final “break-up trip” to decide whether to let go or fight for their relationship after years of growing apart due to conflicting ambitions.
Almost Us secured a spot in the top ten during its second week, placing fifth, while Call Me Mother ranked sixth among the most-watched films this week.
