UP Film Circle, a University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) socio-cultural organization, is set to bring back its flagship program, CineSabe, on September 25–26 after a four-year hiatus. The event will be held at the UPLB NCAS Auditorium, with the theme “Cineng Atin: Ang Pelikula sa Dibdib ni Makiling.”

CineSabe was originally organized in 2019 to provide a space for critical conversations about films. This year, the program will put a spotlight on the current issues faced by regional cinema, including filmmaking outside Metro Manila, as it highlights the voices and experiences of filmmakers from Southern Tagalog.
The two-day event will commence with a pay-what-you-can educational discussion on September 25 and conclude with an experimental filmmaking workshop on September 26, which costs ₱100.
