For the week of August 19-25, 2024, the GMA-series Pulang Araw sees a single position drop on Netflix's top TV chart. There's nothing to worry though since the show is currently the longest-running performer on the chart - with 5 consecutive weeks since it premiered on the platform.

The top spot for the week belongs to Korean romantic comedy Love Next Door as it jumps from its sixth position on the previous charting week. Series stars Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min.
The fourth season of Emily in Paris also drops a bit this week to #2 from last week's premiere at the top spot.

Over on the movie chart, Paulo Avelino and Kylie Versoza's romantic comedy Elevator debuts at second place - only behind Netflix original The Union. It's a solid start for the film which we had no reports on its box office numbers - even on the first day only. Logline: An enterprising elevator operator secures funding for his app but faces unexpected setbacks when he catches feelings for his investor's girlfriend.
Local Netflix original Lolo and the Kid continues to place at the charts - this week at third. Interestingly, it remains popular in South America as the film continues to chart in Venezuela, Colombia, Honduras, and Peru. Globally, it has received 2.2 million views this week. Last tracking week remains its peak with an outstanding 8 million global views.
Other Filipino titles currently placing in the chart include Litrato and Isang Gabi.
