In The End of Oak Street, starring Anne Hathaway, Ewan McGregor, Maisy Stella (My Old Ass) and Christian Convery (who won a Children’s and Family Emmy for his lead role in Sweet Tooth), the Platt family seems like a regular 1980s suburban family, playing potato sack races with the community, joking around the table while having dinner, even having disagreements with the neighbor – and with each other – every once in a while. But all that changes when one day, a mysterious cosmic event rips their neighborhood from suburbia and transports Oak Street to someplace unknown, a place where dinosaurs roam the streets.
