The Cathy Garcia-Sampana-directed film debuted with 2 million views on Netflix. This marks the highest debut-week performance for a local film since My Love Will Make You Disappear (1.5 million views) premiered on the service in July 2025. The number was also enough for the film to rank sixth on the global non-English movie chart during the tracking week of February 16–22, 2026. With this huge opening, expect the film to be one of the top-performing local titles in the next Netflix Engagement Report.
In the film, the Facundo family's lives are upended when they discover their mother's cancer has returned. The four children work together to make her final wish come true. It stars Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, Belle Mariano, JK Labajo, and Maricel Soriano.
Now on its third week, Everyone Knows Every Juan continues to do well on the streamer, placing second this tracking week. Other newcomers this week include Prometheus, Pitch Perfect, Rumble, Pitch Perfect 2, and Firebreak.
