The Chad Vidanes-directed film starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino grossed ₱12 million on its opening day in the country. Among recent Star Cinema features, it ranks above A Very Good Girl (₱10 million) but a bit below than Un/Happy For You (₱20.5 million). Nevertheless, this is a solid start for the love team that only debuted last year.

The studio followed their newfound marketing playbook for this film. Chiu, a mainstay in the daily variety show It's Showtime, also utilized the program to promote the film. They also used hit singer-songwriter Maki's song 'Dilaw' to reach a wider market.

It's also important to highlight again that this is a genre fans and the general public are familiar with for a Kim Chiu-feature. With a solid start and no similar competition for weeks, this may easily reach ₱100 million. It's even manageable to be done by the end of this week.
