Balota dominates once again on Netflix charts in the country. The Kip Oebanda-directed thriller, starring Marian Rivera, stays at number one on Netflix's weekly most-watched movies chart (Feb. 3-9, 2025). Globally, the film has received 1 million views, placing again in the top ten chart list of most watched non-English movies in the service.

In the film, a teacher puts her life on the line to protect a ballot box full of crucial votes as corrupt forces threaten to overturn a key local election. Film also stars Will Ashley, Nico Antonio, Royce Cabrera, Raheel Bhyria, Sue Prado, Sassa Gurl, Esnyr Ranollo, Donna Cariaga, Joel Saracho, Gardo Versoza, & Mae Paner.

Its global viewership also held steady as it only dropped 33 percent from last week's 1.5 million. In two weeks, the film has already accumulated 2.5 million views which suggests it can be a contender for one of the most viewed Filipino title this year on the streaming service. It also remained on the top ten charts of two overseas markets: Qatar and United Arab Emirates.

Over at TV, ABS-CBN's new action series Incognito continued to top the TV chart. Directed by Lester Pimentel Ong, the new series stars Richard Gutierrez, Baron Geisler, Maris Racal, Anthony Jennings, Kaila Estrada, Ian Veneracion and Daniel Padilla.
Alex Calleja's standup special Tamang Panahon also debuted well on the service, placing at number three during the tracking week.
