- ‘Gimik’ stars Jolina Magdangal, Judy Ann Santos, & Mylene Dizon reunite
Former castmates Jolina Magdangal, Judy Ann Santos, & Mylene Dizon reunite in an image shared by Project 8 Project’s Instagram channel. The three formerly starred in the 1996 drama Gimik. It is not confirmed yet if the scene will be included in Jolina Magdangal's upcoming movie Ex Ex Lovers.

Magdangal and another Gimik co-star Marvin Agustin also reunites this February 12 for the said film. The two have starred in various romantic comedies during the 90s such as Labs Kita… Okey Ka Lang?
Producer Antoinette Jadaone, meanwhile, supports the idea of one X (formerly Twitter) user to attend Ex Ex Lovers screenings in a 90s outfit. In a tweet, she reveals that she dreams of a Barbie-like moment where the audience who went to see the film on the big screen dressed up in pink.
- Official venues for the 2025 Japanese Film Festival revealed
The 2025 edition of the Japanese Film Festival has officially revealed the official venues this year. Malls include Shangri-La Plaza, SM Baguio, SM Iloilo, SM Seaside City Cebu, SM Davao, & SM North EDSA.
Lineup this year include Godzilla Minus One (2023), Perfect Days (2023), Akira (1988), Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle (2024), Sand Land (2023), DitO (2024), Let's Go Karaoke! (2024), Our Secret Diary (2023), The Imaginary (2023), Matched (2024), Monster (2023), and Under The Open Sky (2021).
- The Brutalist has received an R-16 rating from the MTRCB
